Pink fleur de sel with beets and pink peppercorns

Ingredients (for a small jar)

  • 100 g fleur de sel
  • 30 g de baies roses
  • 1 raw pink beet or 1 bag of cooked beets

Description

Put the beetroot in the centrifuge to recover the juice. If you don't have a juicer, collect the juice from inside a package of cooked beets.

Mix the fleur de sel and beet juice until you obtain the desired color.

Preheat the oven to 100°. Place the salt on a baking tray and bake 10 minutes to let the salt dry.

Stir well, let cool and mix with the pink berries.

Store in an airtight jar.
