Blueberry and rosemary focaccia {vegan}

I admit that typing these lines makes me feel really good and the excitement will be at its peak when I press the “publish” button.
So yes the blog has been under maintenance for a little over two months (sorry to everyone who was looking for their favorite recipe) but that’s how long it took Mr. and me (and especially to Mr. whom I can never thank enough for the nights of work he spent on it, even though we haven't really slept much in recent months !) to set up the new likes & mange. The blog has also become entirely vegetarian because it has now been our way of life since 5 ans. I hope you like this new ergonomics, the new logo too (everything was lovingly made by hand), and then I hope that you will still enjoy coming to read me here, because without you, without our exchanges, without sharing this blog is nothing.
Okay, let's move on to this blueberry and rosemary focaccia recipe..
Focaccia is a bit like our favorite summer meal
, The man and the girls love it and we can vary it according to our desires. When I told Mr. that I was going to put blueberries on it and that it would be a savory focaccia, I admit he made a bit of a weird face, and then he completely changed his mind during the tasting, leaving not a crumb ! So yes I know it's hot this week, it's a heatwave, all you have to do is serve it with a gaspacho very fresh ! In short, this focaccia is a bit like the Rolls Royce of focaccias, in any case, it’s my favorite “ever”, blueberries and rosemary are a perfect match ! Serve with a summer salad and a good wine (or not) and here we go my kiki (expression no longer used since 1992 !) !
Come on, I'll leave you with the recipe after this long discussion, Thanks to those who read to the end !

24.6.19Haaan I'm so happy the blog is back !!
He was already superb, but what do I like about this new version? !
A sober and elegant design where the content is perfectly highlighted, without superfluous elements, and simple and effective ergonomics, which makes you want to rummage through it all for hours ! Haha. I also love the logo, with his handwritten treatise / illustrated, which gives a poetic and rural side.
A big congratulations to you (and to Mr.) for this beautiful renewal !

24.6.19Hi Emilie happy to see you back, I too took a break…I don't like it when things go around in circles…and I didn't have anything very interesting in my mouth then….it was spring break, but the…the evenings drag on, a beautiful mac book has come to complete the e-range: so I can write outside on my terrace in the warm evening: I adore. And if a plus I have a blueberry focaccia to enjoy…thank you and congratulations for mini-mister!
Emilie
24.6.19Yes sometimes you have to move away to come back better, it’s important to know how to listen to yourself. Enjoy your terrace 😉
