Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g de beurre demi sel
- 100 g ground almonds
- 6 eggs
- 5 c à s de sucre
- 2 c à s de farine
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Add the chocolate and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the egg yolks one by one to the mixture, mixing between each.
Beat the egg whites and add them to the previous mixture.. Put in a baking mold and put in the oven to 25 min cooking.
Enjoy warm or cold.
