Savory waffles with green onions and sheep cheese

?! cheese/melt…). There is also gooseberry, This is not the first time that I have offered it to you as an accompaniment. (yes with the stuffed eggplant), because I find that its acidity is perfect with savory dishes.
So here is an idea for an aperitif that is different and which I hope you will like. ! And to accompany all this, I'll offer you something to drink with it tomorrow !

- 250 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 40 cl of milk
- 7 cl of olive oil
- 1 packet of yeast
- 2 Green onions
- 1 little spoon of salt
- Redcurrants
- 1/2 sheep's cheese
- Prepare the waffle batter by mixing the flour, yeast and salt in a salad bowl.
- make a well, add the egg yolks and oil, mix and dilute little by little with the milk.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the dough.
- Finely chop the onions with their stems and add them to the dough.
- Make all the waffles.
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Make shavings of sheep's cheese and add them to the waffles previously placed on a baking tray.
- Bake 8 minutes.
- Serve with the currants.

10.11.14I didn't find the sheep's tome, I added Basque sheep cheese (come) it's just as good. In fact, the waffle recipe is a starting point or rather a starting point for making small or large canapes as an aperitif..

12.11.14Thank you very much Sylvain, it’s true that it makes a good base for aperitifs, and what's more, we can adapt it to our tastes and make, for example, cumin seeds/mimolette, dried tomato/parmesan or caraway/morbier…in short, everything is possible !
