J’avais envie de vous proposer une dernière recette avant Noël, une recette super facile à réaliser: une salade d’oranges aux dattes. C’est vraiment la salade de fruit parfaite en cette saison et en plus elle fera un accompagnement parfait de votre dessert de Noël. J’ai eu envie de lui donner des notes orientales, les dattes se marient merveilleusement bien avec les suprêmes d’oranges et les touches de fleur d’oranger et de cannelle n’enlèvent rien au reste !

Orange salad with dates

POUR 4 PEOPLE

  • 8 oranges
  • 10 deglet nour dates
  • 2 tablespoons of date syrup, agave syrup or mountain honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of orange blossom water
  • Cut the dates in half, remove the core and cut into thin strips.
  • Peel the oranges and cut the segments. Once the supremes have been collected, squeeze the oranges to collect the juice.
  • In a salad bowl, mix the honey, orange blossom water and cinnamon, then add the oranges and dates and mix.
  • Refrigerate before eating.
