Plum pie

Plum pie

Ingredients (for a pie)

  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 60 g of whole almond powder

For the sweet dough

  • 250 g of flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 75 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt

Description

To prepare your sweet dough, work the butter and the sugar by hand so that the butter becomes "ointment". Then add the whole egg and work the mixture again. Add the flour and salt all at once and mix until you get a smooth paste..

Form a ball and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Spread the dough on the work surface and place it in a mold. Smooth the edges with a knife if necessary.

Mix the almond powder and sugar and place the mixture on the dough.

Wash and cut the fruit into quarters.

Arrange the fruit quarters upright on the dough to form petals.

Sprinkle the fruit with vanilla sugar or a little cinnamon.

Tarte aux prunes

Bake 35 min.

    2 solutions
1/ I dress them 2 monsters screaming behind me and we're going to pick (acheter) plums !
2/ I console myself with the delicious foie gras that I made last Saturday

It just looks incredibly good and this is where virtual reveals all its limits !

    Kisses for you

Like strawberry basil, the last photo finished me off. It looks like the sun is caressing the pie, it’s inhumane something like that !
