Vous connaissez déjà mon amour pour les tartinades et autres houmous, alors je récidive avec cette recette végétalienne toute crue, pour un apéro tout en légèretéJe suis donc partie sur une base que j’adore, l’houmous, ou du moins, comme un houmous et le reste est venu comme une évidence.

SO, prêt à adopter la « raw » et végétalienne attitude pour l’apéro ?!

Raw carrot spread, sunflower seeds and wild garlic

Ingredients (pour 4-6)

  • 4 carrots
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 c. to s. de tahini
  • 1 c. to s. de shoyu
  • 1 c. to s. d’ail des ours séché

Description

Épluchez les carottes puis coupez-les en morceaux.

Mettez les morceaux de carottes et les graines de tournesol dans un mixeur et mixez jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte fine. Cela peut vous prendre plus ou moins de temps selon la qualité de votre mixeur, mais ne perdez pas patience et faites des pauses pour ne pas trop chauffer l’appareil.

Ajoutez ensuite les autres ingrédients et mixez pendant 2-3 minutes.

Servez donc à l’heure de l’apéro avec des galettes de riz par exemple !
