Avocado toast, hummus and pomegranate
Finally, there it is, no big speeches, but just a little recipe that goes well with the sun of the moment !

- 8 slices of country bread
- 2 lawyers
- Les grains d'une demi grenade
- Le jus d'un demi-citron
- 1 filet d'huile d'olive
- 1 gousse d'ail
- POUR L'HOUMOUS
- 100 g chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons of tahini (sesame cream)
- 1 gousse d'ail
- Le jus d'un citrons
- 1 cuillères à soupe d'eau
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- Pour réaliser l'houmous, let the chickpeas soak the day before for 12 hours. Cuisez-les dans de l'eau bouillante pendant 45 min to 1 hour (taste to check doneness). Drain and let cool. In a blender, add the chickpeas and the garlic/salt preparation. Mixez et ajoutez l'eau, lemon juice, l'huile d'olive et le tahiné puis mixez de nouveau, the mixture should be more or less smooth.
- Put the toasts in the oven at 200°, 8-10 minutes avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Out of the oven, frottez le pain avec la gousse d'ail et réservez.
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, peel them and cut them into thin slices diagonally then lemon them.
