Steamed silken tofu {vegan – sans gluten}

recette tofu soyeux

This steamed silken tofu tofu recipe is just my favorite recipe with this tofu, I love this barely set texture and this mild milky taste which contrasts with the spicy sauce !

Silken tofu is pure comfort,

it melts in the mouth with barely a little resistance on the palate, in short, real happiness. This recipe does not require any special skills, just that of enjoying yourself as it should be ! For the recipe you will just need a steamer to reheat your tofu, if you don't have one you can still make this recipe in a cold version !

    I love tofu in all its forms, but MY FAVORITE, it’s THE Silken Tofu !!!
    I haven't tested it hot yet, good idea, I will do it quickly. Usually, I drain it and eat it as is with a Japanese sauce and candied ginger. It's Ecstasy …
