Le flan Mamie c’est le dessert de mon enfance, un dessert tout simple mais qui ravit tout le monde. Merci à ma maman de m’avoir transmit cette recette, qui la tenait elle même de sa maman.

Flan Granny

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c à s de farine
  • 3 c à s de sucre
  • 3 c à s de lait
  • 1 c à s d’eau de fleur d’oranger (optional)

Description

Preheat the oven to 170°.

Battez les œufs et le sucre ensemble, puis ajoutez la farine tamisée.

Diluez au fur et à mesure avec le lait puis ajoutez l’eau de fleur d’oranger.

Versez la préparation dans un plat à tarte et enfournez 20 min.

Une fois cuit vous pouvez saupoudrer de sucre ou manger tel quel.

    Tried and it's delicious ! But what a shame, it's very little… Generally I share it in 4 and to 2, we eat it in a few bites !
    I once tried to increase the amount of flour, sugar and a little milk without changing the eggs, hoping for more, and it was still just as good 🙂

    This was exactly the recipe I was looking for, thank you very much. !
    Next time I'll cook a little less and add more orange blossom., but it's simple, quick to make and good, it's great !
    On the other hand, the quantities are for barely more than 2 people 🙂
