Flognarde Aux Pommes

Flognarde

Flognarde Aux Pommes

Ingredients

  • 100 g of flour
  • 80 g cane sugar
  • 40 g of butter
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 2 c. to s. de calvados ou de rhum
  • 1 pinch of salt

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a salad bowl, Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Then add the melted butter.

Pour the flour, mix, then add the milk little by little.

Add the calvados or rum to finish.

Peel the apples, cut them four then into small quarters.

Butter a baking dish, put the apples in then cover with preparation. Then add a few shavings of butter on top.

Bake 40 min.

  • I tried the gluten-free recipe yesterday., I made a post on my blog, the result was very good but not really the same texture at the bottom of the cake… I think next time I will try with a little more gluten free flour! Anyway, thank you for this recipe.!

    Bonjour
I tried this recipe this weekend., warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (oh the foodies !!), that was delicious.
For my part, maybe it was missing 5/10 minutes of cooking, but that is according to the ovens, and that did not prevent its great success.
    Thanks again for sharing this.
    Kisses
