Sweet potato fries and creamy avocado {vegan – sans gluten}
Well, you can make your little ones believe that these are witches’ hair dipped in frog slime. !!! Not much planned for us this year for Halloween, Mini Mademoiselle being on vacation with her grandparents, but as is tradition, we will surely eat some candy in front of the Nightmare Before Christmas !
In short, I hope that those who are on vacation enjoy themselves well and for others, Good luck… Happy Halloween everyone, gna, gna, gna (witch laugh!) !

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of fine polenta
- You sell
- FOR THE AVOCADO CREAM
- 2 big avocados
- 10 cl of coconut cream
- The juice of 2 limes
- You sell
- Cilantro (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
- In a large salad bowl, mix together the paprikas, olive oil and salt then add the sweet potato fries. Mix well so that the fries are well coated in the mixture.. Then add the polenta, mix and place on one or two baking trays (the sweet potatoes should not overlap).
- Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
- For the creamy avocado, mix all the ingredients together and add chopped coriander if you like.
- Serve the fries with the cream and enjoy !

I often make sweet potato fries. (I adore) but I never thought of combining them with avocado (that I love too). I have all these ingredients at home so I'll test it quickly.
Thank you for this discovery.
