Crispy mashed potatoes {vegan – sans gluten}

Me revoilà de retour pour tout d’abord vous souhaiter une belle année 2018, je vous souhaite à tous de réaliser vos rêves et même les plus fous ! Par ici 2018 commencent sur les chapeaux de roues (expression qui date bien avant ma naissance !) car nous devenons propriétaires et devons faire pas mal de travaux ! Donc en ce moment c’est choix de crédence, de parquet et de peinturesajoutez à cela deux filles et vous obtiendrez un couple complétement débordé, bref vivement qu’on ai déménagé en mars prochain ! Donc comme vous l’aurez compris il me reste peu de temps pour la cuisine sur le blog mais je ne vous oublie par pour autant, on the other hand, the publications may be spaced out a little a lot ! Bon, at the start of the year and after excesses of all kinds, we all did more or less a week of “detox” before, Of course, to attack the pancake because yes king cake it's sacred ! So I suggest you stay in the spirit “we forget the detox and we’ll do it again next year” with this recipe for perfectly crispy crushed potatoes. ! As there is nothing better on earth than garlic and parsley butter I chose to crisp my potatoes with it and potatoes + ail + parsley + fat = treat !

Crispy mashed potatoes {vegan - sans gluten}

Ingredients
  1. 12 medium sized potatoes
  2. 1 drizzle of olive oil
  3. 150 g vegetable margarine
  4. 5 garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  6. 1 teaspoon of fleur de sel
Preparation
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water..
  2. Meanwhile prepare the garlic and parsley butter. Finely chop the parsley then the garlic cloves and mix with the softened margarine. Finish by adding the fleur de sel.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210°.
  4. Once cooked, crush them on a baking tray then drizzle with a small drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Add a little garlic and parsley butter to the center then bake 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve with fleur de sel
