Fig and sheep's cheese toast

Tartines figues

I am lucky enough to be able to come across a fig tree on the way to Mini Mademoiselle’s school and I can tell you that the harvest was good this year. ! So since we don't all have a fig tree on our way, all you have to do is go find some at the local market, I saw purple figs from Solliès again today so no excuses !

And as with Monsieur we try to pay more and more attention to our cheese consumption (ethics, rennet…), very soon there will be a second version of homemade vegan cheese toast.
