I was looking for gluten free recipes for Christmas, and in general we don't find things that are "suitable", to ensure that others do not miss classic dishes… Sans gluten, dishes can quickly look dull for the holidays – and yet no choice. To put it simply : these recipes are perfect, some are already gluten free, and others easily adaptable. In any case it gives lots of ideas, and above all it’s beautiful, it gives ideas for presentations to tempt the taste buds. Merci, bravo, and happy holidays 🙂
